Let’s Get Moving!

Okay, so here’s the deal — I’ve never been one of those people who loves working out. You know the type of person I’m talking about. Wakes up at 5am, drinks a green smoothie, and hits the gym like it’s their job. Yeah… that’s not me.

But lately, I’ve been learning that moving my body actually feels good. Not in a “burn out your legs and collapse on the floor” kind of way, but in a “wow, I didn’t know I could stretch like that” kind of way. Whether it’s a hot girl walk, simultaneously loving and hating my decision to do Pilates again, or finally figuring out how to do a proper squat, this is the space where I’ll be sharing it all.

If you’re also trying to figure out what kind of movement makes you feel strong, happy, and like your best self, then you’re in the right place. Let’s get sweaty (but like… in a cute way).
